I can't rave enough about our caving experience. Our guide was absolutely fabulous and we had so much fun. Was the best part of our trip!

We joined the 6-hour Adventure Tour and absolutely loved it!! Our guide, Brant, was incredibly knowledgeable and clearly passionate about sharing his experiences with us. He encouraged us to push our limits and try things we were nervous about, but always stepped in to help when we needed it. The cave itself was simply amazing, this was our first time doing a cave tour, and we were completely blown away by the formations and structure. The company’s manager was also super helpful. We had an issue with a third-party agency, and our booking couldn’t be found at first. But once I showed the confirmation email, they had no problem trusting us and immediately let us join the tour. They reassured us they’d handle the issue with the agency directly, which we really appreciated — especially since we were so excited and almost heartbroken when the third party agency mistakenly told us it was “cancelled” (which it wasn’t). Such a great experience from start to finish!

So much fun! Brent was an excellent guide. This is the perfect tour to book when you can't count on the weather. The day of our tour started with a heat warning and ended with a thunderstorm, and we were unaffected. I also enjoyed the optional extra challenges. Best value for your money in Canmore or Banff!

I had done this tour in 2012 and had really enjoyed it. Decided to book with my girlfriend as a surprise gift in May of 2025. It was just as fun the second time. Price is a little bit expensive but I would say is well worth it. The guide that we had was awesome, funny and told great stories. They have all necessary safety gear and emailed prior to just to make sure everyone brought what they needed in preparation for the cave tour. All in all, this was a great experience with a great company.

I went on thusday at 4:30 PM and it was close (written on website that it close at 5:00 PM). So I went again at 2:00 PM on friday... close again. But still written on the website that it close at 5:00... sorry not sorry but I did book our trip with another agencie.

This place goes above and beyond. Fantastic time! You can't go wrong.F

This was our first caving experience and I would recommend it to anyone who is even remotely considering it. Annie was an amazing guide, she is truly enthusiastic about this cave and its history. And even as not the bravest people in the world we made it through there with very moderate panic levels.

Super incredible bucket list experience! The guides are amazing and the cave is an awesome experience! A must do if you’re the adventurous type and in the Canmore area! Worth it!
